Entry-Level New Hires

Our training teaches the skills that bridge the gap between what students are learning in college and what is required to be job-ready on day one.

Our Job-Ready Training program, designed for coordinator-level employees, includes 19 courses carefully curated to ensure that new hires will hit the ground running on day one. Pay Entry-Level Salaries Accordingly

In a survey from TalentWorks, more than 60% of all full-time jobs described as “entry-level” required at least 3 years of experience due to the so-called “experience inflation,” causing the amount of required experience to increase by 2.8% every year. Companies have shifted to hiring Coordinator-level employees with 1+ years of experience, in part, because it’s time consuming and difficult to train them.
